The pledge is not redeemed and/or the pledge is not extended

The initial mortgage agreements duration is 3 month. In case of a non-renewal after this period the pledge will come up for auction. Nevertheless you have at expiration of 2 months the opportunity to instruct us for the sales of your pledge. Thus you save interest, the monthly expenses, resulting further, the stall money and resulting auction expenses. You determine the selling price and decide thus on your own finances, remain independent and flexible thereby.

More and/or diminished proceeds from the auction and/or from the sales

They have requirement on the disbursement of an excess of proceeds, if the pledge obtains a higher auction or proceeds of sale, than the loan and all resulted costs amount to. Obtains the pledge a lower auction or proceeds of sale clings excluding the pawnbrokers. An interference into their private possession is thus impossible.

You've lost the pawn ticket. What to do?

The pledger is to notify the pawnbroker without delay if the pawn ticket is lost and provide proof thereof either by specifying the number of the pawn ticket or by providing a description of the pledge and the date it was pawned. If the pledger provides sufficient proof there, he or she is entitled to a certificate acknowledging the notification of loss. Generally the redemption or renewal of the pledge is only possible after it matures.
